Port the autocmd macros from Aniseed #21

We should port https://github.com/Olical/aniseed/blob/master/fnl/aniseed/macros/autocmds.fnl into nfnl since it's a thin layer. We should assess their Lua output though and make sure they're as clean as can be. Probably fine already, just want to audit them.
