AppImage or Flatpak for Linux x86_64

Hello.
DICe is a very useful tool I enjoy with my colleagues to process mechanical tests through digital images correlation technique. Many thanks for making it available on GitHub!
Unfortunately, I can't get it to work on my everyday Linux computer. I failed to compile it from source. Every time I've tried, errors have appeared that I haven't been able to resolve.
I guess it is not a small work, but would it be possible for you to provide an AppImage or a Flatpak of DICe on x86_64 architecture?
