Description

@codeimage/ui is stuck to vite 2/3 due to some rollup breaking changes. This could be the most complicated package to fix since there was a lot of vanilla extract custom code to work with solid source gen and generated css file in library side.
@codeimage/api need to update tsup/rollup/vitest, there could be some issues related to nodejs version (with/assert type json)
Update @codeimage/app vite version and fix @codeui/kit Select/type issues

Something has been already done here: #647
