Followup to #680, the GH diff hid that we now in fact had two flow-test entries in travis job matrix.
Also, added a couple more tests to the whitelist. We need to augment the flow test runner to better detect when a specific test needs to fail in strict mode instead of always trying it in script mode as a fallback.
