Add latest update date from repository

Maybe. Sometimes some repositories are not updated lately and it would be a good idea when was the last update date

Read the latest commit date and add it so it can be used when creating a Tweet

Describe alternatives you've considered
Maybe latest update date if it's not possible to get the latest commit date

Additional context
Ideally the update date should be added in ExtraData so if an be used or not
