Same here. Can use chat.openai.com without any notification about exceeding any quota, but cannot use this plugin at all. |

chat.openai.com is free with the 3.5 model. If you want to use the API of OpenAI you need to buy credits. |

I had the same problem and took a while to figure out that openai has changed the way they do their accounts and quota system from the last time I used the API! You now must put a minimum of $5 prepaid in your account and then turn on auto recharge to add $5 each time you get below your $5 threshold.
